Adventures Unlimited is looking for that special person to help campers and guests check in after hours.  This may be the perfect job you have been looking for.  Working and living in the great outdoors.  Adventures Unlimited will provide lodging in the two bedroom two bath resident host home in exchange for five nights of check-in and security.  We recommend someone with an existing income.  Must have no qualms with after dark security, light maintenance skills are necessary.  Potential for extra (part time) hours for the right skills.  Please contact us for more information.

There was a nice turn out for the Greater Good Arts and Music Festival.  Folks came out to AU to listen to a wide variety of musical groups.  Kids had a variety of activities they could participate in.  A favorite was the tie dye activity.  There were campers in town from as far away as Dayton,Ohio and Homestead, Florida. Fun was had by all!  The weather  today is awesome!  80 degrees, with sunny skys.  The river is clear and cold and spring breakers are starting to come in.  The season is starting!

WOW! It’s March already!

I can’t believe it.  Where did January and February go?  March is always an interesting weather month in NW Florida.  I remember that it snowed here in mid March about fifteen years ago.  Some years it’s warm and others… not so warm.  The next few nights it will be in the 20’s and 30’s …but by Thursday it will be in the upper 70’s during the day!  Yahoo!  The Greater Good Festival will be held here this weekend.  We are so excited that they will have warm weather for it.  The festival will honor the Children’s Services Center of Pensacola, Florida.  I’ll write next week and let you all know how things go.  Stay warm wherever you are.
