• Reservations. Please call in advance for reservations. Your satisfaction can best be assured by phoning ahead.
• Directions. Make sure everyone in your group has good directions.
• Bring appropriate dress for swimming and sunning, suntan lotions, lots to eat and drink, and litter bags to help keep the river clean.
• Pets are allowed on the river for an additional charge of $10.00 per pet. Please be sure to keep them on a leash at all times while on AUOC property.
• Remember to leave only your footprints when you depart. Please don't litter.
• GLASS CONTAINERS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE RIVER.

It takes 400 years for a plastic 6 pack ring to decompose? During this time, fish and other wildlife may easily become entangled in the rings; monofilament fishing line also poses a threat to wildlife who may become entangled in it. Styrofoam, plastics, fishing line, aluminum cans, glass bottles, and other debris pose a threat to wildlife and the natural habitat. Please leave only your footprints behind; remember to bring trash bags to pick up litter along the way. Glass containers are not allowed on the river.
