Adventures Unlimited is open year-round, only closing on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Even then we have guests staying with us!! All of our activities are available year-round, with some off-season scheduling limitations.

You are more than welcome to bring your dog to Adventures Unlimited, as they are welcome on the river and in our designated "pet-friendly" accommmodations. Pets must be collared and leashed while on our property and while being transported in our vehicles. As a friendly reminder, please remember to pick up after your dog.
The cost to take a pet on the river is $10, payable in the Shop. The most comfortable craft to take your dog in is a canoe, however, smaller dogs are comfortable in a kayak, as well.
Our pet-friendly include 4 campsites (overflow sites) and 8 cabins: Azalea, Cedar, Egret, Fox Den, Ibis, Juniper, Laurel and Magnolia. The pet-friendly cabins are spread through out our property and have 2-dog maximum per accommodation.

We offer tubing ($20/$25), kayaking ($35), canoeing ($50) and stand up paddle boarding ($45). We also have cooler tubes ($10 - 4 mile trip only). Lifejackets and paddles are included in your equipment rental.
4 and 7 miles trips depart on the hour, every hour, starting at 9:00am. The last 7 mile trip goes out at 2:00pm and the last 4 mile trip goes out at 3:00pm. Advanced payment and reservations are not required.
11 and 15 mile day trips depart at 8:00am only. Advanced payment and reservations are required for these trips.
1 1/2 day overnight trip depart at 2:00pm. Advanced payment and reservations are required for this trip.
2 day overnight trip depart at 8:00am and 12:00pm. Advanced payment and reservations are required for this trip.
3 Day Overnight Trip depart at 8:00am and 12:00pm. Advanced payment and reservations are required for this trip.
We strongly advise making an advanced prepayment and reservation. An advanced prepayment and reservation will guaruntee the craft of your choice.
If you prefer to go on one of our longer trips (11 miles, 15 miles, or an overnight trip) we high encourage an advanced prepayment and reservation. The 8:00am trip departure has limited space. To garuntee your seat on the ride up stream an advanced prepayment and reservation is required.
If you have a large group of people an advanced prepayment and reservation is strongly advised. If your group takes 10 or more of the same craft and an advanced prepayment and reservation is made a group rate is given. The group rate will not be given to a group of 10 or more of the same craft calling or showing up on the day of the river trip.
The most commonly lost items on the river are car keys, wallets, cell phones and glasses so please plan carefully regarding those items. We recommend bringing sunscreen, bug spray, water and a picnic lunch. You are more than welcome to bring a cooler; NO STYROFOAM OR GLASS ALLOWED ON THE RIVER. Canoes will hold up to a 48 gallon cooler; small, soft side coolers work best for kayaks and we have cooler tubes ($10 - 4 mile trip only).

Alcohol is permitted; however, it is limited to 3 (12 oz.) beverages per legal adult. We pride ourselves on being a family-friendly establishment and we ask that our guests respect this. PLEASE NOTE: REMEMBER, NO STYROFOAM OR GLASS ALLOWED ON THE RIVER!

Coverage is spotty but steadily improving. At the present time, AT&T has the most reasonable coverage.
If you tranport your own equipment, park on our property and just use our river take-out point, there is a $5 landing fee. Taxes include state and bed tax and are a total 12% in addition to rental cost and resort fee.
Yes! We offer complete group packages including lodging, catering, river trips, and a Challenge Ropes Course. We can tailor your package to your group's needs. Please call Ms. Jo Dee Cattrell, Group & Events Manager, at (850) 889-2180 for detailed information about these services.
Of course! We offer low, high, and combination challenge courses. Cost ranges from $35 to $135 per person per day, depending on the package.
The ideal group size is 8-12 people. With groups larger than 16, we often split the group into two or more smaller teams. Only under special circumstances can we work with groups smaller than 6 or larger than 60.
Groups of 4 to 7 people can do the high challenge course for $55 per person.
Our typical group for a zipline tour is 8 people plus your two guides. If you have a group larger than 8 we typically split the participants into smaller groups so that everyone can experience their flight with the least stress possible and get the full experience of the tour.
