Finding the Perfect Family Vacation in the Florida Panhandle

If you are looking for the perfect family vacation look no further than the Panhandle of Florida at the family friendly eco-lodge called Adventures Unlimited Outdoor Center.

Adventures Unlimited's is one of the premiere family camping and recreation facilities on the Gulf Coast and all of Florida. Located on 88 wooded acres at the confluence of Wolfe Creek and Coldwater Creek are:

A wilderness store stocked with everything from t-shirts, hats and canoeing gear to snacks, ice and soft drinks.

RESERVATIONS FOR LODGING

There are two night minimums on all Adventures Unlimited family-style lodging facilities and campground in the off season. *Three night minimum in season and over holidays.*
A one night stay damage deposit is required.  All cabin rentals must be prepaid
Pets are only allowed in pet friendly cabins or camp sites. 
Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-239-6864 or 850-623-6197. Please have your Visa, Master Card, or Discover card number ready. You can also book reservations online by clicking here.
There is a 14-day advance cancellation period on family-size accommodations (cancellations will incur a $35.00 cancellation charge) and a 180-day cancellation period on group accommodations.  If cancellations are not made within the posted time periods, the prepayment is forfeited.  

CABIN RENTAL INFORMATION

Check in time is 4:00 PM, arrivals after the Adventures Unlimited office is closed will use the "Late Check-in" box.  Check-out time is 11:00 AM.  
Quiet hours are from 10:pm to 7:am.
  
From Memorial Day to Labor Day there is a three night minimum on all
furnished cabins. The exception to this rule is that if you call to
make a reservation within 48 hours of the night you wish to check in, and
that cabin is available, you can rent it for two nights nights.
On holiday weekends there is a three night minimum on all family
style cabins and campsites.

Smoking and pets are prohibited inside all Adventures Unlimited’s cabins - violators of this policy will be charge $100.00. 
Ground Fires are allowed in the provided fire ring only and guests should check with Adventures Unlimited about any county burn bans.  Many guests request a specific cabin, and while Adventures Unlimited
can not guarantee specific cabins, we will do our best to honor your request.

There are no refunds due to inclement weather, but a credit good for any listed services at Adventures Unlimited Outdoor Center may be issued.  Any issued credit must be used within 365 days of the first affected day of the original reservation period.  
Early departures due to inclement weather or any other reason will not receive a refund. Non-compliance with maximum occupancy restrictions will result in additional charges.  
Tents are not permitted at any cabin.
Property from inside the cabin may not be moved or taken outside. Charges will be processed for any items moved, taken outside or taken from the property.
There will be a $50.00 (per tree) charge for any live tree cut down or injured on cabin property.
There is a limit of two cars per cabin. Overflow parking at designated area is
available. Ask guest services about overflow parking at check in.
Maintenance AUOC perform regular maintenance on each cabin on a regular basis, however, occasionally something malfunctions at the most inopportune times. The maintenance staff will do the best within their abilities to solve the problem as soon as possible and make you as comfortable as possible. Adventures Unlimited does NOT offer any discount credits for mechanical malfunctions, electric or water outages. If you encounter any problems during your visit please notify AUOC guest services if during business hours or the person “on call” if the problem occurs after hours.
Fire places are operational from October 15 to February 28.
Guest may visit the property from 8:am to 10:pm.


OTHER INFORMATION

There are NO televisions, telephones, clocks or radios in any of the cabins. If you need, you may feel free to bring your own.
